This is a large commercial grain facility in Mexico was looking to expand their operation and processing capabilities. Sweet® equipment was installed to handle and process many varieties of grains, primarily wheat at 20,000 BPH (420 MTPH). 


Sweet evaluated the capacity expectations and available space for this equipment expansion and recommended the following Sweet® material handling equipment: 

Two drag conveyors totaling 354 feet of Flite-Veyor® 1826 and 2426 series horizontal flat bottom drag conveyors and Silver Span® catwalk supported by four 8-foot by 4-foot intermediate support towers. Kasavi agreed to purchase the recommended Sweet equipment for their expansion and our longtime dealer in Mexico Juan Meza installed the equipment as part of this facility expansion.
