Consistent Drying & Roasting
Using our quality heat processing method and internal fluidized bed conveyor, materials are evenly distributed throughout the heating process for consistent drying and roasting. And our controls allow you to adjust speeds, temperatures, airflow, fluidization and the amount of material in the heating chamber for desired results.
From Waste to Feed
Using the CalorMatic®, eggshell is converted from a costly waste product to a sanitized, salmonella-free, mineral product. Food and bakery waste is transformed into a premium feed ingredient rich in nutritional value. Dredged oyster shells are dried for further processing and packaging.
Biomass Applications
Utilizing our unique concept that eliminates direct contact with flame, the CalorMatic® removes moisture from biomass products. Applications have been seen successful in processing wood chips, rice hulls, and other flame-sensitive materials.
