The CalorMatic® Heat Processor uses an advanced heating process that prevents direct flame contact with the materials being processed.
We are able to achieve this by employing a fluidized air bed that eliminates direct contact with the flame, assuring no scorching of the material. Consistency is achieved by pairing the fluidized air bed with the internal drag chains allowing the materials to be evenly distributed throughout the process, resulting in a consistent product.
In addition to having a superior heating process and the ability to produce a consistent product, the CalorMatic® also gives the operator complete control for each of these processes. Utilizing a VFD-controlled fan, inlet, and chain speed, the CalorMatic® Heat Processor is able to handle a wide variety of products while delivering desired results.
These features allow users to modify speeds, temperatures, airflow, fluidization, and the amount of material in the heating chamber. Benefits of these features have not only been observed in soybean plants, but also in rice, eggshells, and many other items!
