Here at Sweet Manufacturing, we believe in giving our customers peace of mind before purchasing our CalorMatic® Machines. Using 3rd party labs to test the final product, we ensure accurate results for each test conducted!
We understand that each customer has unique requirements when it comes to their end product. Our goal is to test as many products as possible with the CalorMatic® test site and record the results for your review!

Submission Rules
Participants interested in submitting materials for testing at our new CalorMatic® Test Site must fill out the “Request Your Test” form at the top of the page. Once participants fill out the form with the information requested, a sales associate will contact you to gather more information on your inquiry. After a brief discussion, our sales associate will give consultation to the participant if this is something we can test and what obstacles might exist in processing it through our test site.
If the product is a candidate for testing:
- Our sales associates will give you their recommended settings on the CalorMatic® to achieve the results you are interested in achieving.
- Once the product arrives at our facility for testing, we will evaluate the product and start processing it using our CalorMatic® test site.
- While processing the product, our sales associates will record the settings they used on your product and share this information with you after the test and lab results are back from our third-party lab.
- All test sessions are filmed and documented for quality assurance. With the permission of the participant, we may use this footage in future advertising material. Sweet Manufacturing will mention no customer names or product goals in the videos that will be posted publicly.
After the product is processed, we will send a sample to a third party lab to conduct its independent test on the final product results. The following are different elements the lab can test for:
- Moisture Content
- Protein
- Relative Feed Value
And many more!
NOTE: Participants must specify what results they are seeking before agreeing to test their product. This ensures that we schedule the correct analytical package from our third party lab.
The third party lab will then share lab results directly with the participant who requested the test. We will only publish results from this material and trial if the participant gives written permission to Sweet Manufacturing Company. Tests conducted might be used in future promotions for Sweet Manufacturing’s usage.
Sweet Manufacturing is responsible for providing the labor and lab test cost associated with the processing portion of the test site. We will send all cost details on a quote for the participant to approve.

FAQ's
While the CalorMatic® is more commonly used for soybeans, corn, seeds, rice, woodchips, tapioca, oyster shells, and eggshells, there are still many other products it can potentially process. This test site was constructed for our customers to send in products they are interested in testing and acts as an R&D tool for future applications.
It will take us about 9 hours to process the product with our test site. Additionally, It takes a few weeks for the lab to complete the testing on the product. The results will then be mailed back to you or sent in an email.
The test site is comprised of our CalorMatic® Cardinal II, which feeds into our new Low-Profile Flite-Veyor®. The purpose of this test site is to provide our participants with an outlet to test our equipment before purchasing the equipment, giving them peace of mind.
After consultation and approval, we will take the shipped materials and process them according to specific instructions discussed during consultation. After the processing is completed, we will send samples to a third party lab to ensure accurate results. If participants have a preferred lab for us to send the samples to, please notify us ahead of time.
The average shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the product being sent and how far the product needs to travel.
The product will not be sent back after we have conducted the test. However, you will receive the product test lab results.
If you successfully submit any product for testing and end up purchasing any CalorMatic® unit, we will discount the testing invoice cost from your purchase.
